Hi,
I am done designing my site in a niche and now writing for it.

One thought come to mind that why not include some free PRL articles also which are related to my niche.

so if I go 50% PRL and 50% my own written article will I be penalized for dup content?

I can understand if google don't index the PRL pages but my concern that the whole site might be penalised.

Correct or not?

Thanks

Other than to provide space for adsesne, what is the point of cloning articles that already exist not once, not twice but hundreds of times around the web?

It is unlikely your particular version would feature highly in search results, and you will be adding no 'value' to your site.

You could, after all, link to the original copies of articles you think your readers may find useful.

In SEO terms, what you propose is probably neutral; just one more page in the supplementary results, but no reason for a knock-on effect to the rest of the site, unless the link-back gets you into a bad neighborhood. Which is possible, but not likely.

Google will index the PLR pages at least. You should rewrite them to some degree. That's the whole point of buying that kind of content.

The only reason to use that stuff, I guess, would be because the article is really great. Otherwise, don't use it. Fill your site with quality original work.
