Someone stole my site

just took it an uploaded it as theirs

They registered a domain name and uploaded a copy of my site to it. I looked up the who-is and they are in Vietnam. What do I do? Just email them and demand it's taken down?

File a DMCA with their host, or contact an attorney and let them deal with it.

If they're running Adsense, I'd also suggest you file a DMCA with them as well:

Thanks for the links. How do I find out who is hosting the site? I think I better go the laywer route, I just emailed the one who helped me with some Ebay stuff in the past.
