Trying to work out the best way to go about it.

It's a festival portal, it allows applications for stall holders, one form for many festivals.

I then have to pass that on to the particular or specific individual festival .. giving name address email phone mobile etc .. the contact details needed to apply for a position.

I've got..

Add a terms and conditions read ...

with permission to transfer the details...

Any thoughts gratefully received...

The first time I've been speaking to myself on this site ;-)

I guess i'll just have to keep researching in other ways..

Strangly I thought it may be a topic of interest here, guess the data protection act isn't tickling ...

AFAIK the main restriction data protection law provides is that you must use personal for the purpose for which your database is registereted with the data protection registrar.

This is to stop you from collecting data for one purpose (say your festival website) and then using it for another purpose (to market a completely underlated product, for example).
