How to disable unwanted links?

Can it be done easily?

A copyright violater drops my image, links to an authorized web site so my image shows up on his web page as if it was his. The other website does not know if it is legal for them to cut the link, or if they legally can. Any suggestions? Willjan2

I'm sorry, but what do you mean by "dropping" an image?

Thank you.

Sorry...incomplete thoughts. The web site stole the photograph and displayed it as its own, then I had a DMCA sent and his ISP had it removed.

Now the image is back up on two parts of his site, one being the same photograph running large and secondly a link to an article I write for The Digital Journalist. You click on their logo and it opens their site.

Some courts have rule, an infringer who has been ordered to remove an infringed image can not just substitute a link, but this one which would cost a lot of money to litigate.

Hope it is a bit more clear.
