Can i use same page for different country specific sites by just changing the country name in the content when it is used.

Can you please expand a bit more on your question. Are you asking if there are any legal problems with this? Or perhaps risks of duplicate content? Do you have multiple country specific domain names?

Yes i have country level domains. I am worring about duplicate content risk.

MOreover,
I have one general page like sell our services page now this page will remain same in all the country specific sites. Shoud i use this page just by changing the country name dynamically. Is this fine with SE.
