System for managing copyrights on various media based contents

Hello,

I'm searching for systems that would allow me to manage copyrights for various type of media (such as video clips, audio, and text). The contents are not generated by me, just used.

The system should further allow for tracking as to who is using what content and for what purpose. Further, it is required to be able to pay the copyright owner based on information gathered/generated by the system.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated ..

I don't know of such a "system" and I'm not sure where you might find exactly that.
