Anyone know a source to get a good "boilerplate" writing contract? Either a cheap lawyer or (better yet) a cheaper source.
Doesn't need to be fancy, I'm just buying first pub electronic rights for my site and I'm pretty writer-friendly.

I'd suggest writing your own based on one of the many you can no doubt find by searching the Web, tweaking as fits your needs. Then have an attorney review it... should be less than an hour.
