Photo/Image Gallery Script/Program

Looking for a good script for article/photo gallery management

Hello!

I'd like to setup a user submittable website photo gallery (and perhaps video gallery too), and I'm wondering if any one has done that, or has any specific software they might recommend?

It would be great if people could simply upload, comment, perhaps rate -- I'm not even sure what features I should be look for.

Any Image Gallery software people might know of? Perhaps one that links with a Forum?
