Yahoo! cannot grant permission for...anything that has 3rd party content. Please contact the appropriate parties for permission approval.
So it would appear that you would need to contact the actual posters before using their content. Yahoo cannot give you this permission.
Note also that Yahoo does forbid the use of Yahoo Answers content for commercial purposes, which might mean that your AdSense campaign would prevent the reposting of the content in question.
How and why are you wanting to use their service within your site?
