I have a website which talked about foreign student tips for Chinese Students. However, I recently from people's blogs found out that there is a Chinese website opened up by some other guy with very similar idea though not exactly the same as mine (they seems like a tranlation of my site and even the name is similar in meaning). Do you guys think they have violated copyrights under the US jurisdiction (let alone the Chinese jurisdiction for now)?
