Copyscape limits

We use Copyscape extensively, checking an average of about 150 articles per day. We do not use automated querying as all requests are performed manually by our editors.

Yesterday we started getting the message "Too many requests for this site."

Does anyone know if there something we can do to have our limit raised? I have posted the question on their forum and submitted the question through their comments and suggestions page, but I have had no response.
