My partners are specialized in Marketing and Graphic/Photo

I am the coder

Now I would like adding a new team member that will do research and provide content guidance and organization.

Where should I look for
and under which job title?

"Sr. Copywriter" might be a start. In my experience, this job position has involved, in addition to a lot of copywriting, a fair deal of research and leadership, especially when jr. copywriters are also on the staff.

If you want to post the job opening, Craigslist is good...oftentimes hundreds of applicants will respond.

but isn't it a more specific definition when only regarding web content?

and where should I look for
any tips on way of performing a search for that rare bird?

You just need to specify that you need a copywriter with experience on the web. It's a different kind of skill, but not so different that anyone with any talent couldn't learn the rules for web writing fairly swiftly.

You might want to concentrate more on finding someone with knowledge of the topics they may need to cover. Less time spent researching the basics will mean more productivity.

I'd propose such titles as content coordinator or content manager.
