I have no idea what you're asking.

I'm asking about the content of sites that provide hosting services. I'm interested in meyhods to improve the content to wholly satisfy its users's needs and wishes.

I believe that ultimately the most important thing, that will continue to bring customers and keep the ones you have is your CRM ...

Don't just send stock answers to peoples questions, introduce updates in blocks highlighting the improvements you are making for free.. and at least make it seem as though you really care ;)

That said, I like to see free pop mail with domain registration..

Obviously good online support for hosting, with a forum, white papers, FAQ, easy access to forgotten set up details, and importantly phone and email support...

I don't know what you mean by own folders? unless you are just selling storage, people will want to host their own domain?

Then good free scripts can be handy .. etc etc .. the rest is up to you..

A huge, well-organized Help area that answers most questions visitors would have about hosting -- for both potential customers and existing customers. I've rarely seen a hosting site that ever answered all my questions as a potential customer. Plus, if you show potential customers that you have a lot of help available once they sign up, then they'll be more likely to sign up.
