LowerMyBills.com, an Experian company, today announced it obtained a court judgment in its copyright infringement lawsuit against NexTag, an online comparison shopping site. NexTag must pay LowerMyBills.com $200,000 in accordance with the judgment. The judgment against NexTag is among the first LowerMyBills.com is aware of obtained in a lawsuit involving claims of copyright infringement of online advertising, paving the way for other online advertisers to protect their intellectual property

LMB has a lot of nerve accusing anyone of anything, but I digress. ;-)

Very interesting link. Will be interesting to see who else contacts their lawyer this morning.

sugarrae your message reads:
"LMB has a lot of nerve accusing anyone of anything, but I digress. ;-)"

has no explaination of your statement, therefore I just see it as slander which it might not be. If you disagree with the decision say so and give your reasons so that we can make our own decision.
