I have been using a flicker feed on my site for about a month. Today I received a letter from a visitor saying " I suggest you remove all flickr.com photos from your site. These photos are copyrighted and you are subject to financial lost through impending lawsuits". I have removed the feeds until I do more research on the issue. What are the laws and guidelines for using rss feeds?

Thanks
Steve

It depends on the site that has the RSS feed.

Today I received a letter from a visitor saying " I suggest you remove all flickr.com photos from your site. These photos are copyrighted and you are subject to financial lost through impending lawsuits".

[flickr.com...]

At a glance, I don't see a copyright notice, but dig into it further and see what they say, rather than what a visitor to your site says.
