My Competitor Using my Trademark Business Name

I have asked my comp to remove my bus. name form his site.

He has taken 100's of business names and put them as hidden text....and is getting google traffic. I know google and 100's of other sites state that it does not work but it is.

When i tried to report it to google....i get form letters and he keep making money off my back....
How can i get him banned in all the search engines?
