A consulting company in Pakistan is copying an article page directly from my website. I have contacted them about this three times during the last few weeks but they have refused to respond. Today I contacted their ISP who are also based in Pakistan so it may be that they would be unwilling to do anything about this.
Is continuing to pursue this worth the blood, sweat and tears or should I just grin and bear it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When you do a search in Google, Yahoo, and MSN, does their copy rank above or close to yours in the results?
If it's not showing up, then I'd be less inclined to pursue this.

No, stuff these types of idiots. They make me sick.
Go after them! They could come back for more.

Hi BeeDeeDubbleU, I am new to this forum and just joined while looking for help on textarea replacement but I come from Pakistan and I'm very sorry there is no doubt this really hurts. Can you name the company? I might be able to get in touch personally and make them change it. In actual fact I would like to. This really puts me off.

It's gone!
I checked this morning and they have taken it down. I think the email to their hosting company may have done the trick but I have still had no acknowledgement.

Juts got a sympathetic email from their hosting company saying that they were going to contact them so in these cases it may be worth remembering that hosting companies can solve these problems before they get out of hand :)
