Chat room "terms of use"

Im in need of a little guidance...

I need to set a "terms of use" for my new chatroom.Im having trouble finding a good example of one to study.
I want it to be as clear and "to the point" and cover all the bases.
any links or advice would be great.thanks.

No real expertise here, but if you type into google:

"terms of service" + chat

I suspect the most extensive TOS's are near the top.

kindred, check the TOS at iVillage. Don't copy (copyright issues) but it's as complete as they get, it's a good guideline.
