Malicious website cloning

An attempt by a competitor to have MY site banned?

I run a mobile phones affiliate website for UK customers. Whilst checking referals, I have found that somebody has cloned my website under an fsnet.co.uk subdomain.

I can only imagine that this is an attempt to have my site banned from search engines, as the affiliate links are the same and I would receive commission!

Has this ever happened to any of you guys?

How can I have this site removed quickly!

Any help much appreciated.

If its a clear case of copyright infringement, contact Freeserve direct and request it is removed.

We had a similar incident with another free hosting account, it was removed within the week.

Thanks, I eventually managed to get an email off to freeserve after much battling with their "server too busy" errors!

I am surprised I am being attacked! My website is relatively new and other than PPCs, it isn't in serious competition with others on major keywords.

Maybe they can see my site is "on its way" since I have learnt so much from you guys!
