I run a widget review site.

There are certain parts of the review that HAVE to come from the manufacturer, ie the technical stats.

Am I going to get done for duplicant content? I tend to set out a review like-

intro of widget
my experience in regards to widget
widget features
conclusion
TECH SPEC <-dup content

obviously the review et al is my work.

You’re not at risk for a duplicate content penalty based on the fact that you post product specs that are posted elsewhere as well.

It sounds as though the vast majority of your page content and source is original content. You'll be fine.

Not to mention that tech specs are raw facts, and themselves are not copyrightable.

Directly copying the manner in which the manufacturer organized and arranged and displayed them could be infringement, if the manufacturer did so in a creative and original way. However, the facts themselves are still not copyrightable, and nothing legally can stop you from arranging and organizing them your own way or a common (unoriginal) way.
