Set up by various universities and funded by central Government, this is a free online resource centre for all things related to intellectual property (copyright, design rights, patents, trademarks, licensing, royalties, etc). It is a UK resource and appears to be specificallly focused towards businesses in London. That doesn't stop anyone outside of London from browsing and picking up good, free advice...
