audio files for site

Hello there!

I have an instructional guitar site and I wish to include mp3 (audio files) and tablature (music partitions) of "famous" artists (Metallica, Beatles etc.) on it. I will be performing the audio clips and writing the tablature (I will record the material myself, and will not be "steeling" directly).

Is this ok to do? I know large sites that seem to do this.

There might be digital rights involved. Is there a digital rights organisation in your country? If so, you may need to contact them to be in the clear.
