If I run a competition on my site for members to submit their articles and be poll for the best in our forum is it wise to reproduce the article in a feature page after monthly polling has finished?

I suppose your worried about a "duplicate content penalty." There may be one. But consider linking to the original page that has the content. This will make that page more focused, likely to be found by SE, save a bit of bandwidth, and the site will be easier spidered. This all may be nonsense, but it's something to think about.

On the other hand, if it makes your site better reproducing the article in a feature page, then do that. Hope someone else has better replies than mine.
