How to force plain text use in email clients

I send out a daily newsletter from my site - nothing fancy, just links to news articles published each morning.

Naturally, I send a plain text as well as HTML versions using multi-part mime to embed them both into one package.

At home, Outlook Express, set to display plain text only, happily displays my plain text version.

However, in the office, Outlook Exchange, set up to also display plain text - doesn't display the text version, but "converts" the HTML version into plain text.

OK - doesn't look that bad, but I am wondering if there is a command or tag I can add to the email to "force" Outlook to use the plain text version as opposed to trying to do its own conversion?

Many Thanks
