Well the topic says it all but I will explain a bit. I created some pages that rank really well for a few specific terms and today, while searching, I found a site in Singapore (I am in the US) that took several pages and copied them exactly except for replacing the company name. Is there anything I can do since they are in a different country?

Thanks for the help.

See if they are hosted in the US then you can contact the hosting company with a DMCA. I haven't had any luck in other countries (even the UK).

I don't know what to do about prosecuting in Singapore, but Google, Yahoo and MSN are all in the USA. Get them removed from the search engines.
