I have just noticed msn have used some of our copyrighted work in one of their pages within a section of their site.
It is one block of text and is 108 words in length. the page has 230 words in the article.
Is this too little text to do anything about it? Is the right approach maybe asking for credit within the article instead of asking for it to be pulled?

It is definitely worth sending an email to their abuse department if they are a big guy. Most major corps do not steal content, it most probably is an over eager member of staff.

Definitely contact them.
