Checklist to quote a client.

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a master checklist outthere that breaks down the key parts of a website that one can use during the initial meeting to determine what the client wants or needs. A lot of people want a website, but have no idea what they want in it, or even worse, what it takes to do what they want.

Is there something out there can ease this process?
