hey guys!

im finishing up my membership site and i need a terms of use and privacy policy agreement. where can i find these agreements?

is it considered "fair use" to modify another sites terms of use or privacy policy and use it my your site since a million other sites have similar agreements?

We tend to re-hash ones we have used before - I guess they originally came from someone elses site originally, but are unrecognisable by now.
