How to tell if it is copyright

I am looking to use general industry knowledge on my website that I found outlined well on another site. I can't find any disclaimers about copyright on the site. Take a look and let me know if I can use the information?

Unless they specifically say you can use their content, you need to ask permission. They don't need to have a Copyright notice displayed for their content to be covered by Copyright Law.
