Hey,
I create videos for a hobby of mine, and am hopeing to create a DVD soon of all of my collections, well someone has taken my video and has edited it again, and taken every trace of my company name off of it, and has posted it all over the web, and it has become, by far the most popular video on some of these sites.
Is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks

Yes, get an attorney and send them cease and disease letter. If you don't want to spend money try to send a letter yourself with your company name and on the bottom sign your title as "Legal Department." Find a nice cease and disease letter by searching the net and use it. Most of the time it may be ignored...but sometimes it works. If it is ignored then go to a lawyer.

Another thing you can do is to report it to DMCA. The other company would have to proof that they have rights to the content before DMCA removes them from their database. Once they are listed in DMCA, the offending pages with your content would be removed from Google.
