what do resale rights for ebooks mean?

hey everyone,

im a newb to this forum. i had a question. im launching a website (subscription site) and i want to add ebooks and templates as a feature in the site. i bought a package of ebooks/templates with resale rights. does that mean I can give out these ebooks/templates to paying members?

also, i want to create a resource directory with 100's of useful links and important sites for my members. can I add this directory of links for paying subscribers?

resale rights means that you can sell the products on and keep all the revenue generated
