I find a site that is out of business for long time. I send them a email 3 time about the order status of the order (im lie, i didn't buy anything from them). But no reply. And the products the store selling are unavailable. all the products are out of stock for few months.

I know this is not right, but it is really save me alot of work.

I copy the content about Shipping info, Privacy Policy, Customer support page. Im happy to remove them if the owner of the site complaint it to me.

Do you guy think that if his site and content are disappear in some day? Is it a waste?

Certainly, you can find some good starting points on the web to write your own unique content. The great thing about the web is that there is lots there to inspire you and to suggest areas that you may have missed. Good luck.
