How do you reward your Premium Members?

I was wondering what kind of incentives do you give to "paying forum members"...

Access to a private section of the community is one common benefit.

Access to tools, downloads like ebooks, unique web content, etc. are also used by many.

Visible incentives like badges, special member categories, etc. can recognize their contribution and also serve as prompts to other members.
