I have a client who is looking to have regular video seminars. They've been approached by a couple of sites looking to host her channel. I'm not impressed with either. Is there a way to find the top sites that allow for channels and if so what do you use as a search term. Another question I have is what should be asked of these sites besides the monthly cost. Are there technical questions to ask such as bandwidth and servers crashing?

People will often create a YouTube channel for branding purposes and general visibility. If you want to keep it a little more private, services like Kaltura can host and manage videos (and pics) with a good degree of granularity.
