Hello. I will be grateful for any help!
I have many groups and pages on Facebook, and due to the great number it is very unconvenient to work with them.
1. Is it possible to adjust email notifications about updates?
2. I also lack built-in Facebook statistics for pages. Is it possible to use any third-party services?

1) Yes you can change what notifications you receive, go to "settings" and then "notifications"

2) If you have a Fan Page there is statistics available within Facebook.

I didn't find any settings connected with page's or group's update notification.

This statistics is not enough for me. :(

Ah apologies, notification settings is for your own page, not fan pages.

A third party "subscription" service that notifies you of page changes could be one approach if you can't find sufficient built-in functionality.
