Did you know a forum template with score managment , for members ?

surely you visited many forums that have a "THANK BUTTON" for members ! that cause rank of good members increase !
now i interested to know whether any forum template exist that allow members give a negative score to who persons that have illegal action on forum !
for example at that supposed forum when each member signup for first time it has "thank = 0" "left = 20" , and if he earn -20 score by members that impugn him , he will booted automaticaly !
and its posts will set in a category like recyclebin !
this type of template is very helpful for moderating of forums !

I'm fairly sure that you could accomplish that on any of the major forum packages out there wither via plug-ins/add-ons or other customizations.

vBulletin has a user reputation points system that I have seen used to good effect.

A lot of these features are a tradeoff between simplicity (this very forum is a good example of lean design) and complexity (in which threads are rated, users are rated, pictures and weird fonts abound, etc.)
