flickr and youtube api/social photo vid pass through?

I have a niche social networking site which allows the usual uploading of pictures and videos, all pics and vids have a title and description and im wondering if there is an API or widget that can be implemented that would pass them through to my youtube and flickr account.

For instance if a user uploads a picture to their profile a cron job or maybe a batch would send those images, titles and descriptions to my flickr account and same with youtube so I dont have to do those by hand. Is there anything out there that would do such a thing? Thanks
