How do I make all the pages in my site have the excact same page header? I know there is a way to do this with the Apache .htaccess file

Ben,

If you mean HTTP headers, then use mod_headers [httpd.apache.org].

If you mean the content of the <head> section of each page, then that would probably be SSI using mod_include [httpd.apache.org].
