I've set up an SSL certificate for a virtual site on our server.

Normal HTML pages work fine but I get 500 errors for any CGI scripts.

I have set up the virtual site the same as my other sites (using AddHandlers or AddWrappers, ScriptAlias, Options ExecCGI...) but all CGI scripts return 505 Internal Server Errors.

What is the correct way to configure Apache to get CGI working for SSL sites?

KennyJ,

Since you haven't gotten a good answer yet, I'd suggest setting your error logging level to verbose, and see what/where the problem is.

Thanks Jim,

I actually managed to fix the problem myself.

Still not quite sure what was the problem but in the end I rebooted the whole server and everything now works perfectly!
