Preventing images from being downloaded

Guys,

I have a problem, i am running a flash gallery, on Apache2 (Win32) The problem is, people are downloading my images and I don't want them to.

Now they do this by doing a direct request such as
"http://myname.com/imagefolder/nameoffolder/imagename.jpg"

How can I prevent this?

Also guys, how do i block IP's, i have tried with the information from the apache site, but it doesn't work, again i am running apache on Windows.
