Should 301 redirect for non-www show up in ServerHeaderChecker

It only does it on one site and not many others

I have set up 301 redirects to send non-www queries to the www version of the domain on multiple sites and they all work correctly. However I just realized that one site shows this 301 redirect in a server header checker, but it doesn't on all the others. I use the same code method on all sites.

Could there be something wrong with the way the htaccess is configured?

... or something wrong with the checker.

I'd suggest using Firefox with the Live HTTP Headers [livehttpheaders.mozdev.org] extension. No need to use an on-line service or wonder if it works.
