Apache does not start anymore make_sock cannot listen .?

Hi therer... I don't know why but I cannot start apache services anymore on my local machine ...

The error I get is the following :
<OS 10048> Only one usage of each socket address (protocol / network address/port) is normally pemitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets availbale, shutting down

Unable to openlogs

Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit. 23 ....

Anyoneknow how I can solve this without having to reinstall?

On a first look, you may check the following two possibilities:
-- did you change anything lately which may have screwed up your apache's config file?
-- there may be an old incarnation of apache still running. Check the process list on your system and kill the old one before starting another one.
