My company is looking into buying a dedicated Linux server running Apache for web hosting.
We were told buy the hosting company that if we wanted to control our own email boxes on the server too we would have to install a webmail management program, e.g. like Microsoft Exchange for Windows Servers, or purchase webmail from them, and it would be hosted on a different server.
Ideally, we want to do the first option, install our own program and control our own webmail, and so that we don't have to pay for the webmail.
My question is what's the best webmail program for Linux servers? I have been googling this but can't seem to find what I want. If anyone can at least understand what I am wanting, can someone point me in the right direction?
