XAMPP's Mercury E-mail boxes

Hi!

How does Mercury find it's Emails? I want to make E-mail services for my websites, so I need to do a webbased E-mail. Would anyone know any ways or examples how to parse these E-mail files, password and user files?

File hierarchy:

-MAIL
--PMAIL.USR (file which contains users listed in seperate rows like: "A;admin;Mailbox Admin")
--other mailboxes
--admin (mail folder of admin user)
---PASSWD.PM (file contains users password and stuff)
