On my apache 2 server the mod_autoindex file got screwed up. How can I get the original one back, or if anyone has the file, it would be helpful it just have the whole document.

Are you referring to the Apache configuration
httpd.conf
file?

I fixed it and no it was mod_autoinedx, it is referred to in the httpd.conf file though
