I can access website locally but not on another computer

I have created web pages that I can access from the computer that has my apache server running on it but I can not access the web pages from another computer.

I have forwarded the DNS to my IP address. The forward is supposed to be masked but does not appear to be. I other words when I type in the URL for the site I can see that it is actually going to the host and then being forwarded to my server like it is sopposed to do.

I have even set in the directotry "allow from all" and this doesn't seem to help either.

Can anybody tell me what part of the configuration I might possibly have incorrect to cause this?
