apache sig 11

I'm getting about 3 of these a minute:

[Tue Feb 28 10:08:37 2006] [notice] child pid 13352 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

apache 1.x34 (latest)
freebsd 4.11-stable
php 4x (latest)

Is there a way to have apache log WHY a PID got a SIG11? because the losg thus far prove useless in helping me out :(
