Is it posible to perform a rewrite to an internal server that does not have an official ip address? I guess the primary server will need to perform som kind of rewrite (simulat to NAT I suppose) Is this posible?
To add extra complications the internal server uses SSL :)

I'm afraid we'll need a lot more information to understand what you are trying to do. What is the target server is "internal" to? Where is the server that is supposed to do the redirecting - on the internet or on an intranet?
This could involve port-forwarding on a router, DNS set-up, mod_poxy, or many other factors, depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
