I tried to install mod_doseasive, apache module for detecting attackers.

The instruction i found on their website is like this :

1. Extract this archive into src/modules in the Apache source tree

2. Run ./configure --add-module=src/modules/dosevasive/mod_dosevasive.c

3. make, install

4. Restart Apache

I have difficulty in finding apache source tree. Any one can tell me where it's located? I am using Redhat 7.2 with Apache version 1.3.27.

I've also tried to extract that in other directory, but it ended up with unknown ./configure command.

Thank you.

Vera.
