SQL running on windows based Apache web server?

Windows Apache have a SQL database for it?

Just wondering if there is an SQL database that can be loaded into a Windows version of Apache. I am using the windows version of apache with php and I want to use phpBB for a few of my buddies to post on. Basically just to get some experience with it. I can't seem to find what SQL I should install, or even how to install any.

Any help would be great. Thanks

You can Use MySQL and probably Postgres too.
